Shipping Information
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. The insured packages require a signature. We do not charge any unnecessary “handling fees. Please note that most items on our website are the actual items you will receive, and that your package will be shipped out within the next day of acceptance of payment. “Special Orders” require 7-14 days to manufacture and will be shipped out upon completion.

or bracelet, as well as order other types of jewelry or
art. Submit a special order by contacting us. Simply

Special orders are not returnable and not subject to
our 30-day money back guarantee, unless damaged en route
to you.
Warranty & Return Policy
Since our products are hand crafted and unique, we try to provide accurate representation of our pieces. When taking photographs of glass products, there might be slight variations. For this reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, and it is in the same condition as when you received it, simply return it within 14 days of receipt. You may request a full refund or an exchange. If you wish to give us feedback on why you are returning an item, we would appreciate a brief note which you can include in the box so that we may better serve you in the future.
How to Return an Item
All items must be returned in the original condition
in which they were shipped.
- Simply box up your return in the original jewelry boxes
they came in, along with your original receipt (not a
copy). Please include a daytime telephone number at which
you can be reached in case we have difficulties refunding
your credit card.
- Mail your package (insured) USPS for the dollar amount
on your invoice less shipping to the following address:

- We will refund the purchase price of the item by your original method of payment within 10 business days from the time receive the item. For an exchange, please enclose your phone number so that we can contact you.
We cannot credit you for shipping unless the item was
